Zac Bunyan is the proud co-owner of Occupy Property Management, where he plays a hands-on role in every aspect of the business. Whether it's conducting rental appraisals, guiding tenant viewings, or offering expert support in the office, Zac is deeply involved in ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

With a robust background in project managing property developments and overseeing the construction of residential dwellings throughout Taranaki, Zac brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His experience is further enriched by a solid foundation in the aviation industry, where he developed a keen understanding of planning, organization, and the ability to manage complex, high-pressure projects. These skills translate seamlessly into his work in property management, giving Zac a unique edge when advising clients. He provides invaluable insights based on real-world experience, helping clients maximize the potential of both their rental properties and the surrounding land.

A proud New Plymouth local, Zac grew up in the region before expanding his horizons through travel across New Zealand and around the world. It was during his adventures that he met his wife, Allison, and together they chose to return and settle in the stunning province of Taranaki. Outside of work, Zac can often be found enjoying the water, whether it's surfing or sailing. Above all, he treasures spending time with his whanau, making family a central part of his life.
